For more than 40 years, Murray has been helping organizations connect strategy, operations, and technology.

His background includes:

  • Leading R&D and engineering teams in telecom, medical, automation, and aerospace
  • Shifting into business development, restructuring, and operational turnarounds
  • Working with both Fortune 500s and regional manufacturers and distributors

This mix of technical and business experience allows Murray to see your company as a system: what's happening with customers and markets, how work actually flows on the floor or in the office, and how financial results are created (or destroyed).
