Murray Grant – President & CEO
Murray Grant is a passionate, driven professional that is relentless in finding and growing people and businesses. He combines more than 35 years of broad and deep executive Sales, Marketing, Operations and Innovation experience with an innate ability to motivate organizations to “raise the bar”. Without exception, Murray has transformed companies from being “ad hoc” and “difficult to measure” to high performance frameworks that are structured, measureable, accountable, and effective. Equally important is how Murray does this – by building strong friendships that last a life time.
Murray founded MasterKey in 2003, after realizing most others only bring a small piece of the “root cause solution” to the table. He has worked in all key executive positions, from President, to Sales to Operations and Product Development, and has transformed businesses in a number of industries such as:
- Telecommunications, VAR’s, ISP’s and Information Technology
- Transportation including Aerospace and various ground based vehicles
- Healthcare products and services
- Energy and electrical power distribution
- Various Manufacturing, Distributors, and Dealers
- Agricultural products and services
- Commercial and Personal Insurance

A graduate of the University of Manitoba, Murray has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, and lives in Winnipeg, Manitoba where he and his wife enjoy raising their three children.
Don Keatch – Senior Advisor
Donald R. Keatch, a Chartered Accountant and senior executive advisor with 35 years experience in Business Improvement and Manufacturing Excellence, is the founder and President of Manufacturing Strategies Inc. Don has broad and deep business / manufacturing experience; he implemented a continuous improvement culture while serving as CFO for a major retail apparel chain, he founded, directed and sold an IT solutions company specializing in manufacturing applications.
As COO, he grew a composite manufacturing company to be a significant supply chain partner to world-class customers, and he has partnered with numerous companies deploying LEAN business improvement solutions in Manitoba and Western Canada. Having toured over 30 manufacturing companies, Don is well versed in tangible, “hands on” LEAN deployment techniques and the Toyota Problem Solving methodology, and served for three years as chairman of a Manitoba LEAN Manufacturing consortium.
